我縣2020年收到上級轉(zhuǎn)移支付資金228918萬元，其中：返還性收入5013萬元，一般性轉(zhuǎn)移支付資金190265萬元，專項轉(zhuǎn)移支付資金33640萬元。收到的上級轉(zhuǎn)移支付已全部編列2020年決算，下達(dá)率100%。
